Food Bank Distribution Warehouse Volunteer
Arapahoe County’s CSU Extension is the coordinator for the TEFAP program in Arapahoe County. We distribute USDA commodities
to food banks in the County, which in turn distribute the food to low-income households for consumption at home.
The Extension is seeking volunteers to assist with receiving, sorting and distributing food items to local food banks.
Timeframe: 2nd and 4th Tuesdays, 2nd and 4th Wednesdays, 3rd Friday of each month
Location: CSU Extension Multi-Purpose Building, 5814 S. Datura St., Littleton
Qualifications:
- Age 21 or older
- Complete a written application and interview
- Pass a background check
- Attend position-specific training
